Welcome to our blog! We hope that y’all enjoy our restaurant reviews on this page. Let us introduce ourselves: We are Mitch and Jenny. We have been dating since Fall 2004 and have been living together in Atlanta since August 2006. After college, Jenny moved to New York and Mitch moved directly to Atlanta. The visits between the two different cities was frequent, but there was something that was very similar our two homes: the awesome restaurant scenes. Visiting and enjoying the best restaurants in the cities quickly became more than just feeding our appetites, but a most enjoyable hobby. As soon as Jenny moved to Atlanta we made it our goal to hit every hot spot restaurant, hole in the wall hidden gem, sushi corner, and brunch post in the city. As we began our restuarant journey, we quickly learned of the immensity of our task. It seemed that every time we got to a new restaurant 3 new ones would open up. We lost count! We thought we would make a list to keep track, but instead decided to share our experiences with all of you!
We encourage you to take our opinions and views for what they are worth. They are worth nothing other than a guide for your restaurant journeys here in Atlanta. If you agree with our opinions than use them as a reference for your cuisines, if you completely disagree, then please also use them as a reference. Don’t visit the ones we like and hurry and get to the ones we don’t! We take no offense!
One last thing, we appreciate any and all comments. Please help us make our blog better for you and others. We are not looking for people to use EatinATL like City Search to patronize certain establishments, we are looking to provide good, honest, consistent opions to restaurants throughout Atlanta.
