Loca Luna
We went there last night for a friend’s birthday dinner. It is always a good place for groups because with tapas people can order as much or as little as they want and the staff is super friendly about splitting up the bill.
The place is huge and has a care-free, tropical atmosphere. On one side of the restaurant the tables outline a pond in the middle of the floor and on the other side the tables surround a stage. Live music is often-and on the weekends everyone gets up to dance to the salsa music!
I ordered the spicy calamari and four fish tacos-which was enough for my friend and I to split. We also tasted the shrimp tapas and the fried potatoes. Everything I have tasted on the menu has been really enjoyable.
This place is great for a night out. Come here expecting to have a good time–but as it does get loud and routy-I would not suggest it for a first date!
**Also girls-look out-the entrance has wooden planks which are really easy for your heels to get caught in-so be careful!

First off, all the food I have got there has been great. Second, for those interested you can go to www.loca-luna.com and register to become an ‘Amigo’ and receive a free $10 gift card. All you have to do is print out the verification email, bring that to the restaurant along with ID, and they hook you up. You can use it on food or drinks, and multiple people in your party can use one. I would definitely suggest trying it out (why wouldn’t you?).
