Osteria 832

I (Jenny) went with a friend for lunch, and we loved it! The hostess was really friendly and we just got a good vibe about everything as soon as we walked in, the great aromas coming from the kitchen definitely helped!

The décor is nothing special. Just some regular tables with a few wooden booths along the wall. They do have a nice outdoor patio-but the weather did not permit that afternoon.

The menu is straight Italian. They have a variety of apps and around 5 salads to choose from. I got the Mista-which was fine. They have quite a few thin crust oven baked pizzas. They are all priced around $10 depending on the toppings and can definitely be shared between two. The menu also offers some tasty looking pastas and sandwiches.

On the back is their lunch menu. You can get a variety of combos-I chose sandwich and salad. I got the meatball sandwich and loved every minute of it. It came on a flat, almost pita bread-which I was not expecting, but I liked. It is so easy to get overly full on bread, and this way I really got the full taste of the meatballs smothered in cheese. My friend got the Margherita pizza, and it was very good. The crust was perfectly thin and the cheese tasted fresh and wonderful.

We both really enjoyed our meals and I will definitely go back with Mitchell for dinner.

**Just for fun–Monday is $1 PBR night, Tues is 50% off all bottles of wine and Wed is a pint and a pie for $10!!
